The mission of The SETI Institute is to explore, understand and explain the origin, nature and prevalence of life in the universe. The Artist in Residence Program facilitates cross-disciplinary artistic expression in order to further research these same goals, fostering an exchange of ideas between artists and scientists such that these disciplines may influence each other through personal interaction and the shared adoption of new technologies. I'm both working on my own projects as artist in residence and reaching out to develop the program so that others may benefit from the incredible opportunities available here in the heart of Silicon Valley.
